Norka-Roots, a Government of Kerala undertaking under the Department
of NORKA invites Expression of Interest from Government/Aided/Private
institutions having at least 3 years experience in conducting
training courses in the field of Retail Management, Fashion Technology,
Logistics Management, Export & Import Management, Communications
Technology, Mobile Technology to impart/conduct these courses
in their institution as a training partner of NORKA Roots under
the Skill Upgradation & Re-integration Programme. The selected
institute proposed to impart Training programmes having 3 months/300
hours of duration based on the curriculum approved by NORKA Roots.
The curriculum will comprise of 240 hours of technical skill and
60 hours of communicative English and Soft Skills & Pre-departure
Orientation Programme as components.
2.
Expression of Interest also invited from reputed training institutes
having at least 3 years experience in delivering soft skills,
communicative English, interview techniques, personality development
etc for conducting a 60 hours training to the trainees of Skill
Upgradation Training programme in various institutes across Kerala.
The training programme will be for 60 hours customized with the
courses conducted in such institutions. (To be filled in Annexure
3)

Interested institutions may apply in the prescribed proforma with
detailed profile of their institution containing capabilities,

training requirements or for further details. Norka-Roots reserve
the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications without
assigning any reason thereof or stop the process of approval at
