Shri. NOYAL THOMAS IFS has taken charge of CEO NORKA-ROOTS on 14/06/2011. He is an officer of Indian Forest Service 1991 batch of Kerala Cadre. He was Housing Commissioner to Govt. of Kerala from 2006 to till date. He was also the Managing Director of RPL during 2000-2001. He is a Post Graduate in Public Policy & Management from IIM Bangalore and also an MBA in Finance.
