NORKA ROOTS CALL CENTRE STARTED FUNCTIONING

NORKA-ROOTS has started its CALL CENTRE at the NORKA CENTRE, which was inaugurated on 2nd September 2011 by Shri.OOMMEN CHANDY, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala.

Non Resident Keralaites all over India can contact the Call Centre by using the toll free number 1800-425-3939

NRKs abroad may use the number: 0091 471 2333339

The call centre timings are as follows.
Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM
Second Saturdays & Sundays 9 AM to 5 PM.
The call centre will not be working on National Holidays.

The call centre will give information / guidance on the various offices under the NORKA Department and on the services, schemes and activities related to the Non Resident Keralites.
